DBP Community Partnerships — Sydney Made

Sydney Made DBP Community Partnership Graphic

At DBP we’re passionate about establishing nurturing relationships with individuals and groups that provide opportunities that support our beloved maker community and their business efforts.

Announcing another of our community partnerships for 2020… Sydney Made!

A group of devoted makers founded initially through the Etsy platform, Sydney Made has taken the concept of voluntary organisation to a new level.

Hosting a range of educational workshops to support the business growth of their creative members, Sydney Made additionally promotes the work of local makers to the world through their online channels. If you’re based in Sydney and you’re keen to find out more, check out their website or get in touch with Sydney Made by email.

Spreading the value of handmade to Sydney-siders and it’s throng of international visitors, Sydney Made smashed records with their hugely successful Etsy Made Local Christmas market hosted in November 2019 at Sydney Town Hall.

With a group of dedicated volunteer leaders and a team full of enthusiastic members, Sydney Made ardently support makers in their own endeavours. With a focus on sustainability, this dynamic bunch believes in the value of handmade, locally produced work from passionate artists, designers and makers. Hear hear!

The 2020 Sydney Made calendar will be announced very soon! Expect to find a variety of markets, workshops and online live presentations (perhaps featuring some familiar DBP faces) and so much more.

Stay tuned for more details as they come to hand, you won’t be disappointed!
